Jennifer Anne Hotchner, MA, Therapist, Adult, Family, Couples, EMDR

Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in Contemplative Psychology Counseling. Her training in both Buddhist and Western psychology provides a unique approach to working with thoughts, core beliefs, and emotions. My work focuses on excavating the client’s own wisdom and intelligence through mindfulness, and other contemplative approaches that are based on the understanding that we cannot be fixed because there is nothing wrong with being human. There is no pathology that is unworkable, and no pattern that wasn’t born out of a basic desire to heal oneself. Our work together will be to uncover your inherent right “to be” without fearing what you are.
