Working together to maintain a healthy situation through cooking and cleaning, dressing appropriately for the weather, and constructing shelter brings our attention to the moment. Learning to thrive in the wilderness and succeed in physical challenges connects the mind and the body and grounds our experience.</p>\
<p>HealingQuest puts your safety first, maintaining communication with your caregivers and supporting your home care plan. You may be accompanied by people you have established relationships with, such as friends, caregivers, or family members. Proper nutrition fuels the experience, and appropriate physical challenges are designed with participants capacities and growth in mind. </p>");

<p>HealingQuest works with your therapist to craft a wilderness experience to meet your therapeutic goals. A trip may be unstructured for you to experience the environment directly and have your own insights and learnings. In a more structured Experienced HealingQuest therapists can deliver EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Equine Assisted Therapy, and other modalities to specifically address trauma, in a wilderness setting.</p>\

Without investing in outdoor equipment or creating outdoor programming yourself, you can rely on HealingQuest therapists and field instructors to create safe and therapeutically valuable experiences for the people you are helping.</p>\
